How do I order a print?
Go to any large view of any image in a series on the site. Click on the image and if the image is for sale you will be presented with an order form. Alternatively email or call me with your order.
What kind of prints am I buying?
Archival inkjet prints, sometimes called ‘giclée’ prints, printed using pigment-based inks on matte surface cotton rag paper. Archival quality in inkjet printing has come a long way in the last few years and they will last 100+ years on your wall, similar to claims made for archivally processed colour and black+white darkroom prints.
How do I order a print?
You can click on the image in the site and follow the procedure, or order by [phone] and we can discuss the image you want. I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How do I pay?
I can accept payments by cheque or money order in U.S. dollars, euros and pounds sterling. Prices are fully inclusive and there is no VAT to pay for buyers in the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Print prices include shipping and insurance within the UK and Europe. There is a £10 surcharge for shipping to the United States and elsewhere.
When will I receive my order?
Most images are custom printed for your particular order and are not stored as a printed edition. Most orders are shipped within 10 days of receiving and clearing payment.
How is the artwork delivered?
The prints are packaged in strong cardboard envelopes. Prints larger than A2 size (20 x 24 inches) will be packaged in reinforced cardboard tubes.
Who do I contact if I have problems with shipping or delivery?
If you experience any problems, please email me or call.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If the artwork arrives damaged, contact me immediately and I will replace the damaged print.
What is your returns policy?
If you return the print within 14 days, I will provide a full refund. No questions asked. Prints should be returned in the original packing or packing of similar quality. |
